These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Precision QMS platform operated by Precision QMS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Precision QMS provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS) implementation, management and compliance. Services include the web application at app.precision-qms.co.za, the resource portal, templates, tools and related services.
Access to the platform is by invitation only. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Demo accounts are provided for a 14-day evaluation period and include pre-loaded sample data. Demo data may be reset or removed at any time. Demo accounts must not be used for live production data.
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@precision-qms.co.za within 7 days of a charge if you have concerns.
You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely to provide the service to you.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates or emergency actions that temporarily affect access. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
The Precision QMS platform, its design, code, templates and documentation are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of our platform without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Precision QMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
